The team was outstanding and highly cooperative, especially front‑desk manager Abir and the food and beverage manager Mr. Hossam, the executive chef, and the entire restaurant crew, especially Chef Abdul Rahman – a staff that truly deserves praise.

Everything was great, but the room I booked was the largest in the hotel, yet the one I actually received was smaller in size.
