The hotel was stunning, with exceptional staff and service in a beautiful location. It was stylish and comfortable, offering excellent amenities like a wonderful bar, restaurant, pool, and gym. The rooms were beautifully clean and comfortable, with all necessities provided and complimentary snacks and drinks. We had a balcony with a stunning sea view. The staff did everything possible to help us and we appreciated the paid parking for our hire car and the complimentary shuttle to town. Breakfast was delicious and there were good options for dietary requirements. We had a wonderful time!

The view and location were truly exceptional, and the free shuttle to town added great value. However, we were staying at the hotel while getting married in Taormina and brought our bridal flowers inside, hoping the staff would make an effort to celebrate our wedding. Despite discussing the occasion with several employees, nothing was done to make us feel special, which is basic for a 5‑star property. We left feeling somewhat disappointed. After expressing our disappointment to the staff, they offered a complimentary bottle of prosecco, but it arrived too late and was insufficient compensation.
