Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The room had a strange old smell, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable—though it was advertised as remodeled, it wasn’t. At 2 am people were arguing in the parking lot and a car alarm went off, yet no staff checked on the situation; I slept poorly from 2 am to 3 am on the first night.

I had a problem with the incorrect dates, but Maggie—her name, I think—was incredibly helpful in fixing them; I truly appreciate her time, patience, and assistance. She was amazing. Everything else was exceptional.

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good, and the place looked clean. Overall, everything was fine, except most of the food was gone before 10.
