Aji Lodge Bungalow

The pool and view were great and the staff were amazing and helpful. I stayed in room 3 last year and it was clean and fantastic, but this year I got room 1, which was dirty, small, and caused an allergy on my face from the pillow. When I asked for room 3 again, the staff were helpful and prepared it for me, making me more comfortable.

The accommodation was in a quiet side street but within walking distance of the centre, with restaurants and a supermarket around the corner, a nice pool, and on-site massages and rollers could be arranged, but the place was a bit dated and the beds were very hard.

“Ruheoase in Ubud”

A lovely place right in the heart of Ubud, the spot is quiet with a view of a small jungle. The shower runs warm, and the room comes with a kettle and a fridge.

“Regular”

The location is great, and the room offers a nice view. The infinity pool overlooking the river and nature is a highlight. The breakfast, however, was disappointing – we tried several options but none were good. They claim to bring it to the room at the time you request, but it usually arrives about half an hour early. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent; on the second day we asked for a room clean and they just threw out the trash. Towels weren’t changed, toilet paper wasn’t restocked, the minibar wasn’t refilled, and no broom was brought. If you use the minibar you’re charged an extra “service” fee (not sure what that covers). They also tried to double‑charge us for the motorbike we rented.

“Super schön gerne wieder”

A great, quiet spot that’s still central. The garden is beautiful and the pool is lovely.
