I recently stayed at a hotel that had a fantastic location, making it easy to get around the city. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that they didn't have a kettle in the room, which I had specifically requested during my booking. The hotel also didn't have a restaurant on site, and when I ordered food, it was sent from the canteen and arrived wrapped in plastic covers. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's location made up for some of the inconvenience.
