The breakfast was plentiful, making me feel like a gentleman as they served it in a tray. I really liked how spacious the bathroom was, and the room layout was very aesthetic. In the fridge, after we drank, they kept swapping a glass of sparkling wine and beer, all free of charge. The only downside was the constant presence of wasps while we ate on the balcony.

Veronica and the team are simply amazing! The way Veronica personally invested in our experience was noteworthy; she went above and beyond to say the least. When we needed to retrieve a lost item, she offered to do it for us so we could enjoy the day. Each time we had a question about the area, she replied quickly via text. When a light went out or we needed something in the room, they arrived right away. The charm, character, and stories inside the space are never ending. Veronica’s love and passion for preserving her family’s legacy, while also pouring into the city, are evident. She loves what she does, and every detail makes that clear. For a charming city, filled with character and rich history, this hotel just felt like part of a fairytale story we were living in Italy. Everything was perfect for us!
