“Fake photos, old and dirty.”

The hotel is close to the main strip. I didn’t receive the room I booked; it was old and dirty, and even after moving it was still not the room I had booked and not the best room.

I didn’t like anything at all. In reality the place didn’t match the website photos, breakfast offered only a few pre‑cooked items instead of a buffet like other hotels, the spa was mediocre and felt rushed, the bedroom was terribly dirty, looking old, damp and moldy, the toilet water pressure was weak, the door wouldn’t lock properly, the décor was a bit creepy and unsuitable for anyone scared of ghosts, and the night‑time hanging picture of a person looking was quite unsettling.

Everything was great! Only thing was the hotel didn’t warn us about the paid drinks in the fridge.

Breakfast had a fruit buffet and desserts, while the main dishes were à la carte – pho, beef ne, eggs, and European‑style sausages. The taste was surprisingly refined compared to my expectations. The pool area had many trees, so mosquitoes were a problem and I had to spray them off. Some of the hotel slippers were worn out, so I slipped a few times in the lobby. There is no elevator, so families with young children or elderly should keep that in mind.

“Te duur, oud en nietonderhoud hotel”

A nice mountain view and tasty breakfast, but the place felt old, dirty, poorly kept, and the staff were unfriendly.
