From the room you could see fireworks, and the staff were extremely friendly.

The balcony offered a fantastic view and the price was reasonable; we had no issues with hot water or air conditioning, though we did encounter a power outage on arrival that the staff resolved quickly. The lobby and cafeteria staff were kind and caring, and my wife enjoyed the food at the cafeteria (she tried the Banhmi), but I didn't get a chance to try it. We would definitely return, though it would have been nicer to have two keys for the room.
