The location was good, with a public market and restaurants within walking distance; however, the valet parking cost was almost double the ramp price, and we could have parked for free on the street in front of the hotel overnight—unaware of this, we missed out on saving $40 plus a tip.

The room and facilities were clean.

The spot was great and close to the tourist sights, the room was tidy and they let me do a late check‑out at no extra charge. The dinner options were limited—everything closed and only a few snacks were available in the hotel, none of them healthy. I still haven’t been refunded for the “temporary” charge; they said it would be cleared within five business days but it’s still on my card. The front desk didn’t have much tourist information and struggled to give good guidance.

The staff were friendly, held our luggage, and the notification room was ready around noon; the room was clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was tidy. The air conditioning seemed motion‑activated, so the room temperature rose to 72‑74 °F when we were away during the day and in the morning, but cooled when we were moving around, making it uncomfortable at times and forcing us to adjust the thermostat frequently.
