The cozy farm house was ideal for a winter getaway, offering everything you could need, though the bedroom fireplace left a slight smoky scent in the room.

The house, it's furnishings and facilities such as dishwasher, washing machine and crockery. Missing a booklet explaining walks on the farm, giving wifi code, name of friendly dog etc

I'm extremely disappointed with Huckleberry, mainly due to the construction chaos that went on right outside our holiday house. The website promised a peaceful experience, but we got a phone call before arrival saying construction would continue throughout our stay. To make matters worse, they offered a 30% refund, which we rejected, only to have them withdraw the offer when we eventually accepted it. Needless to say, we won't be returning or recommending Huckleberry to anyone.

We had an amazing time at this farm stay, with its lovely location and fantastic experiences like the dam and sauna. The staff member who worked around the house was super polite and unobtrusive. If I'm being picky, a few things could be improved: more bin bags and dishwashing cubes would be great, and some lights on the patio would be a nice touch. But overall, we'd love to come back and enjoy the peace and quiet.
