I’m in the city centre but the room was a nightmare: the staff never changed the linens, so the towels stayed the same. The room was tiny, not even enough space for a suitcase. The wall wardrobe was unusable, old and smelling like it hadn’t been cleaned. The TV didn’t work and the elevator looked like it was about to collapse. On top of all that, the price was ridiculously high.

The location was gorgeous and the staff were truly exceptional – we absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. Everything was flawless.

The place was terribly dirty and nothing looked like the photos; the rooms were small, the corridors cramped, the kitchen smelled bad. It’s in downtown, but far from Yalikavak Marina and other events, so I wouldn’t recommend staying in that area. The hotel was so bad that I couldn’t finish my booking days; the elevator is old and only fits two people, water cuts off in the bathroom, the AC doesn’t cool properly and only works when you’re in the hotel, so when you leave and come back the room is hot.
