I ended up paying a steep rate for a tiny room that had no real window to the outside, so it felt dark and almost like a cell unless the lights were on. When I asked for bottled water, they insisted on charging me, even though most hotels give at least two free bottles daily. There was also no housekeeping service. In short, it didn’t justify the cost.
