The staff here were absolute stars - they were super friendly, helpful, and made my stay feel really welcoming. However, I did find the price a bit steep compared to another hotel I stayed at in Long Hai, where I got a great breakfast included. It was a shame that breakfast wasn't included here, as it would've made a big difference.

I was really impressed with how helpful the staff were - they even lent me an apple charger for both nights I was there. The housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping my room spotless, and I loved that it had all the amenities I needed. To be honest, I was so happy with everything that I didn't have any complaints.
