The hosts were incredibly pleasant, almost overwhelmingly so. The beach was spacious, unlike the narrow gravel strip in the center, and the promenade even had ping‑pong tables. The street was quiet, no noisy restaurants or heavy traffic nearby, yet there were inexpensive eateries close by. In the room you could cook without a hitch, the mattress was just right, and they even offered a separate towel for the beach, which left a lasting impression. And the rooftop swings—wow! You could also leave luggage there. Minor issues: if you plan to work, the Wi‑Fi can drop out intermittently; the small table in the room wobbles, making it awkward to place a laptop; the space is a touch tight. As a guest house, you’ll hear children in the corridor, but at least there’s no street noise, which is a blessing. The shared washing machine can sometimes cause technical hiccups, especially if you check in on the same day as your arrival time is unusual. These are just small details.

A charming bed‑and‑breakfast where you feel at home; everything is spotless and fully equipped. The hosts are very kind and welcoming, even dropping me off at the station for my train. Thank you again for the warm reception—I’ll definitely come back!

All the essentials for a comfortable stay were provided. Before booking, I hesitated because the bedspread in the photos didn’t appeal to me, fearing it wouldn’t give a seaside vibe, but the room I stayed in—and the other rooms I saw—had fresh, summer‑like fabrics that were lovely. If you’re worried about that, book with confidence. Host George was very thoughtful, bringing me to the station on arrival and taking me to the bus on departure. I arrived early for a train, but the previous guest stayed until noon, so early check‑in was denied; the host still arranged for me to rest in another room. The host’s mother, for reasons unknown, shared a daily Hachapuri, which was truly appreciated. The downside was that it rained heavily during my stay, and I was already unwell, so I couldn’t fully enjoy the facilities or the seaside. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Among the places I stayed, this was the most expensive, and although a bit pricey, for this season and this rank in Kobrechi it’s a fair price.

An excellent guesthouse with a very pleasant atmosphere, calmness, and coziness! Immaculate cleanliness, all amenities including a kitchenette, balcony, terrace, good Wi‑Fi, great shower, and quality towels and linens. The sea is about 200 meters away via a quiet, pleasant promenade with sports facilities and a shaded pine area. Most importantly, the hosts—Georgy and his mother—are hospitable, intelligent, kind, ready to help with anything, yet not pushy or intrusive. Huge thanks for a lovely stay!

Very convenient location by the sea; the water is clean and wavy. It rained almost every day, but it passed quickly and the sun returned as if no rain had happened. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, everything is clean, the TV is smart, the sheets are almost new, the towels are white and soft, and the mini‑kitchen is convenient! Hot and cold water is uninterrupted. Super. I recommend it. I liked everything. It’s great that I went to Kabuleti!
