The reception desk was staffed by a few elderly ladies who were hard to locate; I eventually found one in the kitchen on the first floor, but later I couldn't find anyone else. At checkout, a plump lady was very rude when I mentioned that the traffic noise from the European Road—running right beneath the window that doesn’t close properly—kept me from sleeping. The two single beds in the room were very narrow and uncomfortable, and they couldn’t be combined into a double. It was the noisiest place I’ve ever tried to sleep in; I couldn’t sleep all night. If they assign you a room facing the European Road, the traffic continues all night, intermittently. It was my worst nightmare… I will never return.
