“DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFF OUT, THE CLEANING STAFF MIGHT THROW IT AWAY MISTAKING IT FOR GARBAGE”
The hotel sits near the harbor and there are plenty of fish restaurants around, but the area of Jeju island is sleepy and not busy, so there's very little to do at night. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFF OUT!!! I left my Invisalign retainers out and the cleaning staff threw them away as trash, forcing me to spend $300 USD to replace them back in the United States. They also discarded our water and snacks that we left out. I feel bad giving a bad rating because the rooms were clean and the staff friendly, but now I have higher medical costs because they threw away some of our belongings.
The staff were friendly and guided me well, but there was a shortage of parking spaces and no signage.
The location is near many seafood restaurants and the port, and it’s quiet. The mattress is hard for me, but the rest of my family think they’re fine.
It’s a solid basic hotel with everything a backpacker needs, and I liked that it’s close to the Jeju Olle Trail I’m walking right now.
The location was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I thought there was a washing machine in my room, but there wasn’t; however, there was a nice big one on the ground floor. 🙂
