The staff felt like family, and the gentleman and lady at the breakfast bar made mornings fun; the pool and exercise room were nice, and the room was perfect for us at a great price, though the trundle bed under the side was bad—springs were noticeable and it wasn’t comfortable.

New, clean, easy access. The only issue was that when we got ice both nights, the metal in the ice bucket had roach parts, and the front‑desk staff had trouble with the new login system from your company.

I loved how spacious everything was, and there was nothing else to complain about.

The breakfast hit the mark and the staff kept a close eye on us, but the room doors slammed so loudly it was annoying.

The staff were incredibly helpful, always present when needed and never intrusive, the room stayed spotless and cozy, and breakfast was fantastic. The downside was the pool never emptied; it was perpetually crowded with kids and families, so I’d have liked an adult‑only slot, perhaps from 9 pm to midnight on weekends. Being mobility‑challenged, I wanted to swim without risking injury from the kids’ antics, so extending hours or adding adult‑only times would improve the experience.
