The only thing that mattered was the location. The staff were not friendly at all; I paid for two nights but had to leave after the first night for personal reasons, and when I asked for a credit on the second night, they flat‑out refused to offer any solution. On top of that, the staff were unhelpful and the air conditioning was in terrible condition.

The hotel was very nice and had private parking. The fridge, however, didn’t work.

The terrace and the staff were helpful. It was extremely loud—no one could sleep.

“A very downtown hotel, very comfortable and excellent staff”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel that exudes old-school elegance, despite being only around 30 years old. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Upon arrival, the reception manager even came out to greet me, which was a lovely touch, especially considering the busy street was lined with market stalls.

Unfortunately, I don't speak Spanish, so I couldn't fully understand the review, but it seemed to be a positive one.
