A lovely family-run hotel with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was very clean and well maintained, the pool was great, and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great, close to everything and yet quite and peaceful! I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back!. The mattress was very firm and hot water was not always available

I loved everything: the service, the room, the cleanliness, the super comfortable bed, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was wonderful compared to other places, a shower separate from the toilet even though there’s no door or curtain, at least there’s a considerable distance from the toilet. The location is perfect, 10 minutes from Kata beach. And many restaurants, the night market with a ton of cheap options to eat and dine, cafés and massage centers around the hotel. All perfect. The only downside is that the room door was in front of the bed and a lot of hallway light came in; that’s the only but I’d solve it with a sleep mask for anyone sensitive to light. And maybe have a slightly brighter ambient light in the room, the current lights are very harsh.

With my kids, we spent an excellent week at this hotel. The room was spacious and very well equipped, comfortable, and the housekeeping was done every day with care. The hotel is ideally located, close to all amenities: a 7‑Eleven convenience store, restaurants, laundromat, etc. The beach is reachable in only 15 minutes on foot. The staff is especially friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. I recommend this place without hesitation!

The hotel is well‑situated away from noisy areas, yet not too far from shops and markets. It’s very quiet and peaceful, with daily room cleaning and very clean. Everything that didn’t like was told to the staff, and as much as possible the complaints were handled promptly.
