The welcoming lady was friendly. 1. Having to take steep stairs from the parking lot to the property. 2. The room had no ensuit bathroom. Operating the communal shower was complicated, I could not access water. 3. Curtains were too bright, & the sun was shining through the windows & disturbing my sleep

The view was nice, yet the yard was under renovation and dirty, and when I returned after my adventures there was a power outage so I had to bathe with cold water.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for the event at nearby Yellowwood Hall, but there were no rubbish bins in the bedroom or nearby, only a few pieces of crockery and cutlery, and you have to call or shout to staff for remote gate keys—you can’t just borrow them.

I loved the room; it was very comfortable, but there was noise from people who weren’t even booked that night, so I had to ask the lady on duty to ask them to keep it down.
