I usually visit Chitpet for business purchases, the hotel’s location is near Chitpet and the majestic side; for this budget, the rooms are good and hot water is available with clean beds and sheets; the room is for budget stay, and climbing stairs can be a hassle if you have health issues; overall it’s good for its budget.

After we arrived, the staff told us that the room was already full and we could not stay there.

The location is good, the staff are fine, a water filter is available for drinking; there is no lift, hot water is not available in the evening; the location is good but the back side is small and hard to find; the room type provided doesn’t justify the cost of 1200 per room per night; the room is very basic.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and found it to be a nice value, considering the price. While it wasn't luxurious, it was surprisingly fine, and I slept okay. However, I was a bit let down by the cleanliness, as it didn't live up to the photos.
