I stayed at a very pretty hotel where the scent was lovely, and the staff were extremely helpful. The shower in my room, however, needed either a deep clean or a replacement – a terrible shower does not belong in a four‑star hotel.
Everything was fine, and there was nothing to note.

We especially liked the friendly staff, the cleanliness, and the breakfast. A special highlight was the real coffee made by a barista, not from a machine. The shower cabins could be designed a bit better.
The place was lovely, the location was excellent, and there was nothing to complain about.
The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of fruit, pastries, juices and attentive waiters, but the four‑star rating feels overstated; on the last night the air‑conditioner broke, water started leaking into the room and, even after we told reception, it was never switched off and no alternative room was offered.
