The location is very good, which is why I keep coming back, and the staff are always friendly. Since the former manager left, the hotel has changed; the air conditioning didn’t work properly in the room, reception, or restaurant, which was really unpleasant. I’ve stayed here several times and used to love the food quality, but now it seems the chef is gone. Many of the previous dishes are no longer available, and the bar didn’t even have local rum. I couldn’t believe it. One night they even had to bring in food at 8:30 p.m., and I couldn’t have my soup until 10 p.m. Since Ana left, there’s no organization. On the last night I ate out of the hotel.
