I ordered room service both nights; the sandwiches were bad, the hot wings were great 👍 and the cheese sticks were excellent, but the room, though nice, felt cramped.

The location is convenient near stores for needed items, and the room itself is very nice, but some staff are not approachable and there’s no clear booking information; overall it doesn’t match the value of the money spent.

The staff were friendly, but the room/ bathroom lacked even toothbrushes; everything felt primitive and old with barely any renovation. The restaurant served toast and food that arrived late, with burnt bread, and the grilled dish was obviously reheated from the previous day—never again.
