I had a truly wonderful stay. The hotel stands out for its impeccable cleanliness, both in the common areas and in the room. The atmosphere is very quiet, free of annoying noises, drug use or excessive alcohol consumption, which gives a real sense of safety and a fully family‑friendly environment. My experience was extraordinarily satisfying. I would like to specially acknowledge the gentleman who works the night shift at reception. He is charming, exceptionally energetic, very polite, cordial and kind, and his attention positively impacted my stay. Thank you very much for the hospitality. I will definitely return as soon as possible.

The area is on the edge of a pretty bad zone, but if you always head toward the Malecón there’s no major problem – after all, you’re in Guayaquil. Otherwise, the air conditioning is good, the room is comfortable, and the hosts are friendly and flexible.
