“Passamos ótimos momentos a dois, em um lugar aconchegante e pertinho do Quitandinha. Eu voltaria!”

I really liked the hotel, mainly because of its location and style. The breakfast was excellent. I also appreciated the reception staff when I mentioned my anniversary celebration, and the funicular added charm. The room was spacious with separate areas. However, the staff seemed a bit lost when we arrived. The room was great, but there were no glasses or cups, and the acoustics were a bit poor since I could hear everything next door. I had booked the hotel mainly for the view, but the sign was right in front of our window, blocking the view of Quitandinha, and it didn’t help us find the room because we passed it by. It would have been better if it were a little to the side.

The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was good, the view and location were great, and the elevator to the rooms worked well. The pool water was not hot, no one at the hotel offered assistance, the lockers were not fully clean, and nobody at the breakfast area took the initiative to clean or remove items from the table.
