“Lovely house for a New Forest break”
Nothing to dislike.
“Overall Fantastic even though the bathroom was shared .”
The location was ideal for my trip to Beaulie. The breakfast had milk in sachets (a jug of fresh milk would have been better), limited fresh fruit, and butter in the fridge for toast; it doesn’t take a lot to scramble a few bangers, eggs, and beans together.

Emily gave a good welcome. The house was lovely and the sitting room very comfortable; the bed and room were spacious and comfortable. I was let down by the poor management of breakfast, finding two packets of mouldy bread in the bin that I had to throw out; the milk supply was patchy. The spare key to the room was mislaid, so the room and supplies were not serviced and no alternative arrangement was offered. More attention to detail is needed! The taps in the room were marked ‘not drinking water’, so I wasn’t sure which to use for filling bottles. A lot of the owner’s equipment and project materials were stored right next to the outdoor seating area and should be tidied up. It felt like the owners had delegated everything and weren’t personally involved in day‑to‑day operations or guest care.
The food was great, super comfortable, and relaxed. The breakfast was a bit modest, everything was sweet.
The host was very helpful, the rooms were lovely and large with high ceilings and all the essentials; my partner and I had a fantastic stay and would happily return.
