The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice, but we didn’t receive the balcony room we booked; instead we got a very small back room that doesn’t match the website’s description, and there was no restaurant, bar, or breakfast—only a local store that closes at 5 pm. It felt more like a backpacker place with a shared kitchen, lounge, and dining area, and the owner seemed uninterested in our feedback because they were hosting many road workers.

The location was convenient, close to the hospital where my daughter gave birth, but the website incorrectly listed the bar as open when it isn’t. Seriously, invest in restoring the place rather than just adding a quick cash grab.

We just needed a place to sleep, but the kids were excited about the hot springs, and after reading the sign at the front desk about infection risks, I wasn’t impressed.
