“Overall, both rooms is spacious”

It was a very basic breakfast, and we're paying extra meals for our children to have breakfast when you can get a decent breakfast outside the hotel. Facility, only 3 small washing machines are provided, and the staff took our clothes out of the machine for the use of the next guest while our clothes were still damp

“Great hotel in Osaka”

Overall, a great stay, location is great. The hotel has a laundry room and this was excellent. The breakfast wasn’t great, we did feel they focused more on quantity vs quality. It repeats every day. The pastries tasted very “industrial”, fruit was limited to small portions. It’s great if you like Asian style breakfast with hot food, fried chicken etc. They also don’t offer decaf coffee so my partner, who is intolerant to caffeine, could not have coffee. I’d stay there again, but without breakfast. The standard room was super small, but this was expected for Japan, and from the pictures, but after 4 nights, it did feel uncomfortable to move around. I would suggest paying a bit more for a bigger room, if you can
