It’s conveniently situated near shops and restaurants, just 15 minutes from Disneyland and not far from the airport. The rooms were well sized with the amenities offered. The hotel provides laundry facilities and free washing detergent. The lobby offers free drinks, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The humidity in Shanghai caused mould in the bathroom, which should be removed.

The transfer to Disney works very well! The transfer to the airport has limited schedules and could improve its cleanliness.

I liked that there was food around the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was dirty, the coffee tasted like cigarettes, the pictures seemed AI‑edited because the rooms didn’t match them, the pool was dirty, and the bathrooms were dirty. Overall, a terrible experience; I will never stay there again.
