I booked the Blenheim Suite hoping for a good night’s sleep and a lay‑in, but a cupboard with a water tank made the room extremely hot, so I didn’t sleep well. I was woken at 6.42 by noisy pipes that sounded like a hammer hitting a wall; I sent a video to Frasers, who only apologized, which didn’t change the fact that I spent a few hundred pounds for a good night’s sleep and a lay‑in and got far from that. Noisy pipes don’t happen overnight, so they must be aware of this issue. Sent from my iPhone.

The grounds and room were beautiful, spotless and the staff were friendly; we just wish we could have stayed longer. No negatives.

The beds were very comfortable and it was a lovely stay.

Breakfast was decent and the location was hard to reach with no additional facilities nearby, and there were no amenities around the site.
