“Una mala experiencia”

The room was very comfortable and the location excellent. However, we had no water for an entire day, and when it returned it was only cold, even though it was chilly outside. The reception’s replies were embarrassing; they never tried to solve the issue even though we raised it in the morning and at night. In those conditions it’s impossible to stay, no matter how nice the hotel is. There’s no way to contact reception from the room; you have to call your personal phone or go down to the front desk. When we asked to speak to a supervisor, the receptionist said she works Monday to Friday.

The facilities look great and the surroundings are nice, but there were several issues: hot water was unreliable, Wi‑Fi signal was weak, the TV only worked over Wi‑Fi, and the staff’s response to problems was slow at certain times. I hope they fix these problems because otherwise it’s a good place.

“I reserved this place for the night previous to my brother’s wedding so they could get ready for the wedding there and t”

I booked this place for the night before my brother’s wedding so he could prepare there, but it turned out to be a terrible decision. They ran out of water and we couldn’t shower; the place was dirty and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work. Very disappointed and I would not have rented it if I’d known.

The night‑shift receptionist was very attentive and professional. The rooms are huge and comfortable. The breakfast, however, is very poor.

“Cómodo”

It’s very well located and the room was clean and comfortable. What could be improved is the shower water flow, maybe it needs maintenance, and the breakfast could be more varied. I understand that in Argentina breakfast is specific, but for foreigners it might lack variety. They only have one type of juice and don’t serve eggs, etc.
