Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
Chang Palace came straight to pick us up from the airport, which was a huge plus for the ease of travel. The welcome was good and the staff were very pleasant and helpful, arranging simple transport for our future transfer to Pakse. Thanks to them.

This place is a total construction site, surrounded by other building projects - not exactly the most pleasant area to stay. Nothing but scaffolding and noise all around.

The hotel was nice, that's about it - no major complaints, but nothing special either.

The hotel's environment is great, but there's a bar next door that can get noisy at night - though it seems to quiet down after midnight.

Honestly, I was really disappointed - the wifi was slow and often didn't work at all, and the hotel's location was pretty inconvenient. To make matters worse, my room with a balcony didn't even have a decent view.
