“Schöner alter Inn in Top Lage.”
The hotel sits in a great spot in the old town, everything is walkable. When parking in front of the building at the square, you have to watch for cleaning days (Tuesday midnight to 8 am). On Sundays you park for free, otherwise it's €1.50 per hour from 8–20 h. You can only pay with a Visa card (not Mastercard) at the parking meter, but that lets you pay for a full 12 h block. The Savannah Park app does not work with a German mobile number. Other parking is behind the building on the street; there's no cleaning day, but the church blocks all spots from Monday 8 am until Tuesday. Suddenly, on Monday morning at 8 am, pylons appeared in front of our car as we tried to fill the meter – I wish the hotel had told us earlier. In short, plenty of parking nearby, better later in the afternoon. Otherwise, a cute old house with only stairs, many but narrow. Breakfast was in a nice room. Unfortunately, there was no bread/toast, so we had to eat scrambled eggs without anything. There was decent cereal and muffins, and breakfast time was flexible.
