The staff were very attentive, the bed was super comfy, and the food tasted great. However, the shower thermostat never worked properly throughout our stay, making it uncomfortable. The hotel’s beach was very limited, and the main pool wasn’t very clean.

The people were great, but the service was a bit spotty. The hotel was almost empty, and many restaurant options were closed. Few activities were included, and many items were not on the all‑inclusive menu.

The amenities and service were outstanding; we even had a Butler (Mayordomo) assigned to us. On the downside, the beach was just so-so, and the included restaurant selection was somewhat varied but didn’t always meet expectations.

Nous avons adoré le caractère "Adult only" ce qui renforce sûrement le sentiment de calme, bien être, détente et tranquillité. TOUT le personnel a été super.d'une gentillesse au TOP. La nourriture est de qualité exceptionnelle dans tous les restaurants de l'hôtel, la taille des chambres est super, les piscines sont magnifiques.bref le paradis. Rien
