Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The property is new, clean, and well designed, with private parking, a restaurant, and all the essentials for traveling. I was on the road, so it was very convenient. I arrived after 10:00 p.m. and left early, and the staff were extremely helpful, so I have nothing to complain about.

The property was overall wonderful and matches the pictures exactly; the staff was amazing—always accommodating and going above and beyond whenever I needed help. I especially want to thank Janny Altan for making my stay so fantastic and Hansel Flores for taking great care of me and assisting whenever needed. I would definitely return!

The staff were great, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the rooms on the third floor.

It was excellent: the beds and sheets were incredibly soft, the rooms had everything you could need, 24‑hour security, and enclosed parking with a safe. Overall, the best place I’ve stayed in the area; I hope they stay amazing forever.

The new hotel has comfortable beds and new air‑conditioning, which is essential because Peten gets hot; it’s ideal for traveling with your own car. It’s a shame that the best rooms are the noisiest and hottest because they face a busy street. The location is far from Flores, and nothing is nearby—you need a car. The cleaning lady entered the room with a “do not disturb” sign on the door, which is a serious lapse. Quality/price is very low.
