The property is in a strategic spot with all the facilities for a comfortable trip; our ground‑floor room faced a garden that hosts a venue, so the morning bar music can be a bit annoying; otherwise the building meets local standards, the receptionist was super helpful and attentive, guiding us in Cusco’s first days, we could leave luggage for several days, and breakfast on a lovely veranda with an exceptional city view was wonderful.

We stayed in a beautiful, spacious, and charming room in a great area just a few minutes’ walk from Plaza De Armas at a reasonable price and really enjoyed our stay.

The location is secure and safe. The heater failed to warm the space and there was no hot water.

The place is stunning, with a pleasant vibe and a well‑maintained garden that has seating areas. Initially we stayed in room 400, which was perfect, but then they moved us to rooms 101/104 that have a less lively atmosphere and fewer large windows overlooking the view. On the upside, those rooms still have access to a shared garden, yet they shouldn’t allow smoking in the lower part of the garden because all that smoke drifts into the rooms. Moreover, the rooms are poorly ventilated—there’s only one tiny window—and the lighting inside isn’t sufficient.
