Great value with a comfy room, bed, modern shower, stocked mini‑kitchenette, new and modern outside barbecue with a side burner, plenty of storage, a fun mini courtyard, and it’s super convenient near bus lines and Van Nuys private jetport; the hosts were super friendly and helpful, and I felt right at home and private as needed, but the stay wasn’t long enough and the TV was a bit too large.
