Elder and Carolina welcomed us warmly and were always ready to help with anything we needed. The lake view from the property is breathtaking, and having hammocks, a garden, and a kitchen to relax in after traveling was a treat. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a central spot in San Juan that feels like a second home.

The family-run accommodation is very well located, tucked into a small alley beside the street des parapluies. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and boat departures, offering a quiet haven amid greenery. Hammocks, a terrace, an outdoor lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a fridge, unlimited bottled water, a hot shower, and a closet in the room are all available. The welcome is warm, and there are no negatives.

The location is great, very calm for a break from the bustle, and the spaces are well maintained. Everything is spotless. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The garden is beautiful, and at night it’s very peaceful. I liked everything.

There is a kitchen with a fridge so you can prepare your own breakfast. A washing machine is also available for free use. The view over the lake is lovely. Keep in mind that it’s on a very steep road.

The garden and decor are lovely. If you arrive with a suitcase, note that the alley is cobbled, very steep, and the reception closes at 5 pm, but they’ll help you with a call. I felt it was a bit pricey for what it offers.
