Staying at Gilded Palms turned out to be an amazing experience! Yandi and the rest of the team went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had, making us feel right at home. Using the villa’s car service was a convenient way to explore Bali. Though the villa isn’t in Ubud’s center, the quieter setting was a better choice for enjoying Bali’s peaceful atmosphere. I’d highly recommend this place and definitely plan to return.

The villa didn’t look very appealing from the outside, but inside it was truly phenomenal. It’s a quiet spot with a very friendly host, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming vibe. The price is unbeatable. Thank you so much for everything!

Everything was magical! The staff greeted us very warmly and treated us to delicious fresh tea with pastries and cake, which was wonderful. The hotel itself is spacious and beautiful, almost like a movie set or a dream, and visiting here is already a pleasure. There is also a closed free parking lot for cars and motorcycles, and the door locks at night. The room is very large and comfortable, with high ceilings, panoramic windows on all sides offering stunning views, blackout curtains on all windows, and a balcony with a private breakfast table overlooking a beautiful view! The layout is very convenient and well thought out, the interior is cozy and beautiful, the furniture is new and nice. The powerful shower is great, with enough hot water for everyone! Special thanks to the staff who accompanied us everywhere to make our trip the best possible. This is probably the best experience I’ve had, thank you ❤️
