The staff were great, but the hotel needed some renovation work in the rooms; I had to be moved to another room and then something else broke just before I left, so I would have had to be moved again. The staff make this place passable, however if you like a hotel room that functions then you might want to look elsewhere. I did get a free lizard roommate with the room as there were big holes in the metal window netting. Safari was really good, and they arranged everything straight from the hotel, even woke me up with a coffee. Please please please invest into the maintenance and refurbishment of your rooms.

Endroit plutôt sympathique avec quelques tables extérieurs où l’on peut pique-niquer, mais avec des travaux de construction sur le site. Coin piscine chouette avec une table de ping-pong et carambole. Safari organisé par l’hôtel et nous sommes prix en charge sur le site (par contre on roule en bus pour le prix d’un tour en jeep sur le site officiel). Hygiène déplorable. Présence d’excréments sur les WC. Le responsable prétend qu’ils ont nettoyé mais ce n’est visiblement pas le cas. La douche ne fonctionnait pas à certaines heures. Environnement vieux et sale. Ventilateur bruyant. Draps de lit douteux mais lit confortable. Le prix est absolument démesuré par rapport à la qualité de la prestation en comparaison avec ce que j’ai pu avoir en Inde

Very nice staff, close to national park - excellent start of day distance to Ooty, food was good!. Some mosquitos and pool was not good (under reconstruction )
