Pinerose Resort is a newly built complex in the traditional Bansko style, situated in the Saint Ivan area with breathtaking views of Pirin and Rila Mountains. The ski lift is approximately 600 meters away, with complimentary transfers available during winter. The villas feature fully equipped kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms on separate floors.

I recently stayed at this house and had a mixed experience. On the one hand, our host was incredibly helpful and kind, and the house itself was spacious and well-equipped. However, I felt that the place could have been cleaner, especially since we were traveling with a crawling baby. Additionally, the shower was a bit of a letdown.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money offered by this property. The space was big and clean, with a lovely open-plan living room on the ground floor and two large bedrooms with spacious bathrooms upstairs. Parking was also convenient, with a spot right in front of the house. However, we did experience some issues with the heating, which broke down on the second day due to an old electric unit. Thankfully, the owner, Vladimir, was very helpful and had it fixed promptly.
