“Amazing place to stay for a couple”

We stayed as a couple during the weekdays and the hotel was outstanding. It had just undergone a renovation, looking super stylish and high‑class, with service that satisfied us. The restaurant was amazing; we had breakfast included and chose to dine out. Dinner cost 50 USD per person, but the variety and quality of food were outstanding, making it worth it. The hotel offered access to a gym, spa, and an Olympic‑sized pool (50 metres long), but on the day we went to the spa it was “ladies only day,” so we didn’t enjoy it fully. Everything else was just perfect.

The place was beautiful and clean, but I won’t return. I was scammed by the reception staff who claimed to be the hotel manager. When we arrived, the price shown on Booking was 700 + tax; when we asked for the single‑room rate, they said 1500. We told them the Booking price was 700, and they told us to check again. When we finally entered, the single‑room rate was a shocking 6000 for one night, an unacceptable and unexpected price. It was clear they were forcing us to pay the higher rate they mentioned, so we left the hotel completely dissatisfied. Before we left, we went back to Booking and the price was again 700 + tax, matching the original rate.

“A wonderful stay with fantastic facilities and incredible staff — I’m already looking forward to returning!”

I absolutely loved my stay at ERTH! The ladies’ gym facilities were amazing, and the pool area was fantastic. The staff were absolutely incredible and made the stay even more special. I can’t wait to go back again!. Nothing to fault — I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Everything was handled with professional courtesy and a welcoming reception, and everything else was good and excellent.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the décor was neat, the outdoor pool was beautiful, the gym was well‑equipped and bright, and the breakfast buffet was excellent!
