The staff tried to help and did their best, and the cleaning crew were friendly. However, the carpets were dirty, tiles were broken, the air‑con was not working, some areas lacked lighting, there was no security during the day, and the shower didn’t drain. The self‑catering area was missing utensils, the whole property clearly needs a major upgrade, and breakfast was poor.

The location was great, close to everything, and I felt safe with no street noise; I could bring my pets too. The kitchen disappointed me – no dishcloths, plates, bowls and glasses weren’t set for two, only one wine glass and bowl were provided, and there was no toaster in our unit. The room was fine, but the lighting could have been better.
