The place is surrounded by nature, very quiet, and spotless. I appreciated the clean rooms and the peaceful setting. It was a nice break from the city.

The atmosphere was great, the facilities were solid, and the pool was a highlight. The hosts were very polite and helpful throughout. Overall, a pleasant stay.

“Desrespeito à saúde da pessoa idosa”

The photos on the site were accurate, but the experience was a nightmare. I paid for a stay, couldn't bring documents because I needed to check the place first, and after arriving I only spent a couple of minutes in the room before the environment made me feel sick. I asked for a refund right away, but the staff said I had to go through the booking system, and after a month of back‑and‑forth, they still refuse to refund the R$530 I paid.

The chalet was clean and tidy, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the location near the forest and abandoned land meant there were venomous animals in the chalet, and we weren't warned about that. With a child in tow, I had to buy poison from the market, and it ruined the peace.

“Péssima”

We couldn't check in at 18:00 as promised; they said we had to wait until 19:00 because another guest was still there. Since we didn't stay, we requested a refund of 270 reais. I haven't received any response yet.
