The place is clean, stylish, and has a distinct character, but the continental breakfasts are lacking and there’s no espresso coffee available.

The staff’s availability, especially Ashok, was always attentive to our needs and schedules. We really appreciated the pool, which was essential given Delhi’s scorching heat. No complaints.

The hotel was fine, but the Wi‑Fi was pathetic—never experienced such poor service in any other 5‑star hotel, where the connection is usually better.

Nothing positive: even after one day my room wasn’t prepared, there was no toilet paper, the room rate was too high, and they forced me to book a suite at a higher price. The staff were rude and unfriendly, only asking for money, so I would never recommend this place.
