Located on the way from Nagano Station to Zenko‑ji, it’s surprisingly affordable even though it’s close to the downtown area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the TV, coffee, kettle, and amenities. The only issue was that all the lights were orange, which made working in the room uncomfortable.

Quiet area and fairly close to restaurants. The bed was relatively comfortable. The room was left in its natural state, cramped, the bathroom was impractical (mini sink, bathtub tap outside the tub with a too‑short hose). A renovation would do it good.

The staff treated us exceptionally well; their greetings each morning really lifted my mood. The only downside was hearing an odd noise that sounded like snoring—something I might not have heard in a different room.

Having many shops nearby and being close to tourist spots made the stay very handy. The only drawback was the lack of on‑site parking, though cheap coin‑parking is plentiful in the area, so it wasn’t a major issue.
