“Small room in good location for short stay!”

I stayed two nights in a room‑only setup; the room is small. A better shower mat is needed to absorb splashes from the shower, and daily towel changes are required in a tiny bathroom with nowhere to hang towels or a shelf for toiletries. The stairs are on the top floor, and tourist information or leaflets on how to get around the city would be helpful.

“Хорошее расположение, вопросы к персоналу”

The location was very convenient, but for some reason the front‑desk staff started smashing the door and shouting about checking out at 11:00. The booking said checkout was at 11:30, yet we left the room at 11:22. Tell the staff, please, when your checkout time is so they don’t go into a frenzy.

The area where it’s located is good, but the stairs made it hard to reach the room.
