The location was fantastic—super close to everything we wanted to do. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The room was comfortable, the mattresses were great, and the room had a pleasant scent. The only issue was a small clump of hair in the tub when we arrived, but otherwise the room was clean.

The bathroom was disgusting; the shower curtain wasn’t clean and the bathtub was in terrible condition.

Nothing positive. The towels were dirty, the room smelled terrible, and it wasn’t clean.

Nothing was very dirty, but the whole room smelled like cigarettes even though it’s a non‑smoking room. I almost got attacked by a guest’s dog that bit my calf. The entire first floor has tenants with either dogs or cats.
