The staff here are super friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't quite live up to the pictures. It's a shame, because the staff are really trying their best.

I was really impressed with this hotel - it's hands down the best value in Baguio. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The location is also perfect, just a short walk from the city center. My only tiny gripe is that the water in the shower wasn't scalding hot, but it was warm enough that I didn't mind too much - I just wish it could have been a bit warmer.

I was a bit torn about this hotel in Baguio. On the one hand, the location was pretty good - if you can handle the thick air pollution, most of the sights are within walking distance. But apart from the Botanical Garden, the rest of the attractions were pretty underwhelming. On the other hand, the temperature was perfect - a welcome respite from the sweltering heat of Manila. Unfortunately, the hotel itself had its own set of problems.

This place has a great vibe, thanks to the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. They were always willing to lend a helping hand or offer some advice on what to do in the area. I was a bit worried about the noise, but it didn't bother me too much.

I had an amazing stay here with my family, and it's all thanks to the fantastic staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, and we were really impressed with how comfortable our stay was. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived.
